I think is was so reassuring to have such an experienced and trusted individual as Trevor to accompany them. We were very pleased with the care received on board by your excellent team of pilots/nurses and flight attendants. While I was unable to join Deborah on the flight to Egypt, I later learned that she acted quickly, effectively and in the best of my Father’s interests at several junctures along the trip. I developed a fondness for Deborah when I met her but when I heard about her care and attention to detail that she exhibited with my Father, I appreciated her much more.

Dear Peter,

I felt I must write re nurse named Wanda  re a recent encounter with an employee of your company on New Years eve,  a nurse named Wanda arrived in the department as a nurse to a very poorly man, flying from LA to Athens. The time between flights, 4 hours. As you are we have a 4 bedded ward for such eventualities. Wanda used this stop over time, to administer the best nursing care, I have seen, to her comatose patient. Her compassion, understanding and nursing capabilities far outshone many of the nurse escorts I have come into contact with. She is a genuine asset to you, and I look forward to encountering Wanda again.

We are pleased to say that you guys did an excellent job and well executed by all of your team players, Medical Flight, Ambulance, Ground and everyone who participated  in this effort to transport our Brother-In-Law safely from Colombo to Southampton General.

We know it is not easy to coordinate such an effort without coordinating everything in place to get this job done and sincerely appreciate your professional service. Everyone who had contacted Heathrow Air Ambulance in this matter had highly praised every member of your organization.

As you know it is very hard for us to choose specially in a critical decision to find one of the Ambulance services in the WWW and from the moment itself we had the instincts, that you guys are the right people to  do this and we were absolutely delighted of the outcome and that we choose you among lots of others available in this field.

If anyone who is looking for a professional service this is a genuine testimony and we stand by our word.

The initial contact was though Neema and then Peter and Colin and we would be grateful to your professional service.

Peter we do not have the right words to thank you but we will be talking about you for decades and we are praying hard that our Brother-In-Law will have a speedy recovery.
