AIRSIDE OPERATIONS
Our Airside Operations team, contracted with the Heathrow Airport Operators Committee (AOC), provides specialist assistance for stretcher patients arriving and departing at Heathrow Airport. Using our custom-built hi-lift vehicles, we transfer patients safely and efficiently between aircraft and ground level, ensuring a smooth, dignified transition. From there, our dedicated ground ambulance service continues the journey, transporting patients directly to hospital or home with expert medical care throughout.
MEDICAL EMERGENCY HI-LIFT SERVICE
Contracted with Heathrow Airport, our Medical Emergency Hi-Lift service provides rapid, reliable support for passengers who become unwell during flight. Working in close coordination with airport authorities, airlines, and medical teams, we ensure the safe and dignified transfer of patients directly from the aircraft upon landing. Our specially equipped hi-lift vehicle allows for quick access to the aircraft door and seamless movement of patients to awaiting ground ambulance.

ONWARD PATIENT TRANSFERS
Our Onward Patient Transfer service provides seamless ground ambulance transport between the aircraft and hospital or final destination. Each specialist ambulance is fully equipped to ensure the safe, smooth, and comfortable transfer of patients, whether arriving from or departing to an international flight. Staffed by experienced medical professionals, our service delivers reliable continuity of care from airside to bedside.

AIR AMBULANCE CASE MANAGEMENT
Our Air Ambulance Case Management service provides comprehensive, end-to-end coordination for international patient transfers. From the moment a case is initiated, our experienced team manages every stage of the journey — including medical flight arrangements, specialist hi-lift support, ground ambulance transfers, hospital admission and discharge planning, and all necessary documentation. Working closely with hospitals, insurers, and air operators, we ensure each patient’s safe, smooth, and timely transition between countries.
